What's in my May Ipsy Bag?
As you may have guessed, today, I will be sharing what I received in my May Ipsy bag. This week, I counted how many glam bags I have received so far. I counted 17! So much makeup! Have you signed up for an Ipsy subscription yet? :)
1) City Color Cosmetics Bold Brow Eyebrow Powder in Medium
I have been using this product non-stop ever since I received it this month. It is perfect to cover up any harsh lines that my brow pencil makes, and create a natural brow look. If you have thick brows, then these brow powders would be perfect to use without a pencil or any other brow products.
2) Urban Decay Afterglow in Sin
This highlighter is a pretty golden shade. It looks a little light when you put it on your skin. The trick that I do is to spray my brush with a setting spray, or you can dip it in water, before picking up the product. After that, your highlight will be popping!
3) IT Cosmetics Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara in Black
This mascara is pretty good, but it is not one of my favourites. It takes forever to dry, and since I am very impatient, I often ruin my makeup because I forget to wait for this mascara to dry. Do give it a try though, because it definitely makes lashes longer.
4) CAILYN Cosmetics Pure Lust Extreme Matte Tint + Velvet in #32 Practicable
This is a very pigmented lipstick! I like it a lot, but I am not in love with this shade. It is matte, but it feels hydrating, which really surprised me in a good way! Another good thing about this lippie is that it DOES NOT MOVE! Once it dries, it stays my lips, which is perfect.
5) Adesse New York Organic Infused Gel Effect Nail Lacquer in Surfer Girl
I have not tried this nail polish yet, but I will this week, so don't forget to stop by my Instagram to check out what it looks like on the nails. So far, by looking at the little bottle, I love the shade, because blue is my favourite colour!
