Vacation in Vegas
If you read my blog you might know that last week I went to Las Vegas to celebrate my birthday with my hubby and friends. It was definitely one of the best vacations I ever had. We walked down the Strip, rode a rollercoaster, ate delicious food, played slot machines, etc. The night before leaving to Vegas, Jude and I practiced playing Black Jack. When we actually sat down to play at the casino, not even a minute of playing, we lost $60 haha. I guess we need more practice.
A little tip for those who don't want to spend a fortune to be in Vegas: have dinner at places that have happy hours. Most of the places there have happy hours every night. There was one place, called Stripburger, where every evening from 4P.M-7P.M, and 11P.M to close, drinks were only between one and three dollars. So cheap right? :)
Even though our flight was cancelled on Sunday due to the crazy snowstorm, we ended up spending an extra day in Vegas. We walked so much that by the end of last day, my feet were swollen. It was super fun anyway! Next time though, I will definitely bring sneakers, because walking and being on the plane in my boots wasn't the best decision haha.
