Hello, everyone! I know, I know... Last week, I shared a dress that had ruffles on it and today, I am sharing an outfit where the main piece is this adorable blue top with ruffles on the bottom.

So I also wanted to share with you something exciting that happened to me yesterday! You might already know if you follow me on my Instagram. I had my graduation last Sunday! I finally graduated with a master's degree in clinician mental health. I am so excited because I can now focus on blogging and more creative stuff during the weekends. No more studying! So let me tell you all about this look. How beautiful and romantic is this top? I got it last year and I can't remember where. Ugh... old age memory. LOL! I am going to try to find cute tops with ruffles for you guys, and I will include them in my post. I love the cute flowers on this top, and its heart-shaped cutout in the back. Its silhouette hugs my body perfectly. I absolutely love these types of tops. It can go beautifully with any bottom, such as a pencil skirt, capris, jeans, shorts, etc!

I've had these black capris for several years now, and they are still perfect. I got them at Forever 21. These types of capris can be perfect for a casual look, for a work-type of outfit, or anything else you come up with.

I finished the look with this cute duster from Forever 21, and these adorable wedges from Gap. I think that the whole look came out pretty nice. What do you all think? Share your opinion in the comments. Also, let me know how you would style this blue top. :)
