Hello, everyone! Today, I am sharing with you my new purchase: this beautiful off-the-shoulder denim dress, which is such a perfect item for hot summer weather. 

I love a dress that feels super light because this New England weather can get a little crazy. Wearing layers and heavy dresses is not an option. A weird fact about me is that I actually enjoy the heat, as long as it is not super humid. I love Miami weather in the summer. Even though it gets super hot, I just love laying by the beach under an umbrella with a drink in my hand. LOL! Can you tell that I really want to go on vacation?!

I purchased this dress at TJ Maxx. I love this store, and I am sure you've noticed that most of my purchases are from there. I would love to get expensive clothes, but since I have been a poor grad student for the past two years, I've learned to find amazing items for more affordable prices. 

I absolutely love the ruffles on this dress. There is enough material in the chest area that I do not have to wear a bra! Yas! Like who loves wearing a bra in the summer? Not me for sure. I just feel light and free when wearing this dress. It does not come with this black belt/tie. I decided to wear it to accentuate my waist a little bit. This dress is a bit baggy, and I think it would look great with some white sneakers or sandals. However, since I decided to wear these fancier shoes, I thought a black tie in the front would look cute. I also added this adorable Coach bag to finish the look. I think it came out really nice and elegant.
